Shipping policy
We aim to dispatch orders as follows: -
- Web Orders - within one working day of receipt.
- Telephone Orders – within one working day of receiving payment.
- Bespoke Quotation Orders – lead times will be quoted at the time of quotation.
If we cannot fulfil the order straightaway we will contact you to confirm the shipping date we can achieve. If this date is not acceptable for any reason a full refund will be issued.
